SSC Combined Graduate Level Exam 2008 - Age Relaxation
5 (D): Age Relaxation to Central Government Civilian Employees.
For
The Posts of Assistant, Inspector (Central Excise), Inspector
(Preventive Officer), Inspector (Examiner),Inspector Of Posts, (Group
“B” Posts) The Upper age limit will be relaxable upto the age of 32 (37
years for SC/ ST and 35 years for OBC) in respect of all Central
Government Civilian Employees with not less than 3 years continuous and
regular service as on 01.01.2009. For
the Post of Inspector of Income Tax, Assistant Enforcement Officer/ Sub
Inspectors in CBI/ Divisional Accountants/ Auditors/Junior Accountants/
Udcs (Group “C” Posts).
The
Upper age limit is relaxable upto the age of 40 years (45 years for
SC/ST & 43 years for OBCs) to all Central Government Civilian
Employees who have rendered not less than 3 years continuous and
regular service as on 01.01.2009.
5 (E) Provision for Central Goverment Civilion Employees.
Central
Government Civilian Employees would be required to submit a certificate
(as per Annexure III) issued at the time of applying for the
examination by their Office.
Department
indicating length of service rendered by the candidate concerned, in
case they qualify for appearing at the Main Examination to enable the
Commission to decide their eligibility.
Note:
Central Government Civilian Employees claiming the benefit of
Government employee, would be required to submit a certificate (as per
Annexure – III) by their office indicating length of service at the
time of applying for the examination to enable the Commission to decide
their eligibility.
They may send their
applications directly to the Commission after intimating to their Head
of Office/Department and need not send another copy through proper
channel.
However, in case they decide
to send Application through proper channel, they must ensure that the
application complete in all respects should reach Staff Selection
Commission by the closing date.
Applications shall be rejected if received late and/ or not complete in all respect as provided in rules.
Save as Provided above, The Limits Prescribed above, shall in No, Case be Relaxed Relaxed. |
