Post-Graduate Medical Admission Test - 2009

Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board invites applications from eligible candidates who wish to appear in the Post-Graduate Medical Admission Test - 2009 (PGMAT - 09) for admission to 1st year Post-Graduate (Degree/Diploma) Courses in academic session 2009-10.

Date of JCECEB PGMAT 2009 Exam: 22nd March 2009 (Sunday)

Eligibility:

  1. Must be passed M.B.B.S from any medical college of Jharkhand State or those who have got admission in Medical colleges of Bihar State before creation of Jharkhand State and has passed M.B.B.S. Course.
  2. Must have completed one year rotatory internship or likely to complete by 31st March 2009.

Residential Requirements

Must be local resident of Jharkhand as per notification of Department of Personnel Administrative Reforms, Goverment, of Jharkhand vide memo no. 5/vivid-09/01 (Domicile) ka 2691, dated 29-04-02.


JCECEB PGMAT 2009 Application Form

The Prospectus-cum-Application form can be obtained from the following Branches of Post Offices on cash payment of Rs. 1100/- for Gen/OBC candidates and Rs. 800/- for SC/ST candidates (the price of Prospectus-cum-Application form includes the Examination fees) with additional amount of Rs. 35/- as Post Office processing fee:-

  1. R.M.C.H. Post Office, RIMS Colony, Ranchi
  2. B.C.C.L. Township Post Office, Dhanbad
  3. M.G.M. Post Office, Jamshedpur
Application form and details can also be downloaded from Website: http://www.jharkhandonline.gov.in from 15th January 2009 and filled up form can be submitted with demand draft of Rs. 1100/- in case of Gen/OBC candidates and Rs. 800/- in case of ST/SC candidates in favour of "Controller of Examination, J.C.E.C.E.B." payable at Ranchi with photo copies of required certificates.

Sale of Prospectus-cum-application forms : 15th January, 2009 (Thursday) to 30th January, 2009 (Friday)

Last date for submission of filled up applications : 6th February, 2009 (Friday)

Chief Post Master General, Doranda for necessary action and collection of prospectus from the J.C.E.C.E. Board and necessary direction to the concern Post Offices for sale from 15th January 2009.
