Environmental Planning, Regional Planning & Urban Planning: Bachelor Degree in Planning / Architecture / Civil Engineering / Architectural Engineering/M.A. in Geography / Economics / Sociology from a recognized university, or equivalent. 4. Housing: Same as S. No. 3 above as well as Bachelor's Degree in Municipal Engineering/Building Engineering from a recognized University or equivalent except M.A. Sociology / Geography. 5. University / Institution established by an Act of Parliament or State Legislature. A.I.I.A (by examination) has been treated as equivalent to B.Arch. Degree Programmes (Full-Time) for the session 2009-10. MARKS: Candidate with atleast 55 percent marks in aggregate at the qualifying examination, 50% aggregate marks in respect of SC / ST candidates. APPLICATION BY POST: Eligible candidates must apply in prescribed application form available from selected branches of UCO bank in Delhi, Bangalore, Pune, Nagpur, Kolkata, and Mumbai or forms can be downloaded from the School's website www.spa.ac.in ONLINE APPLICATIONS: Candidates may visit the School's website www.spa.ac.in for submitting forms online. GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS: Separate application forms are to be submitted for each course. There are no restictions on the number of courses that the candidate may apply for. PG SCHOLARSHIPS: The distribution of the limited number of scholarships @ Rs. 8,000/- p.m to GATE/CEED (applicable only for ID course) / UGC (NET) / JRF qualified candidates and contingency grant of Rs. 8,000/- per annum shall be made as per the prescribed guidelines.
